OWNER OCCUPANT INCENTIVES
* $100.00 down payment finance option ( FHA financing only)
* $2,500 sale incentive (for properties with a purchase price greater than $25,000)
All owner occupant will receive $2,500 at closing for properties purchased for $25,000 or more. The $2,500 sale incentive can be used for the following items:
*Closing costs
*Tax Pro-rations
* Repairs to the home
* Replacement of items in home
*Pay down the unpaid principle balance of an FHA insured mortgage.
